My client is a very busy firm who are currently having to turn work away. As a result there is a full caseload that can be given to a fee earner with at least 1 years\’ previous experience of supporting a busy team.
The firm have a track record of promoting from within and conveyancing is one of the firms\’ main departments.
The firm offer a friendly, helpful work environment where you will be encouraged to become a first class conveyancer.
The role can offer every type of conveyancing mater and the caseload can be tailored to suit your experience.
Core hours are between am and 5pm and it is all office based.
You\’ll be working alongside solicitors , a legal secretary and a legal assistant and you\’ll benefit from modern systems.
The firm does things properly – their reviews online are superb.
Remuneration is dependant on experience but includes a basic salary and a % of all billing over an agreed benchmark paid as a bonus, monthly in arrears.
The office has on site parking available and there are a range of perks and benefits you\’d expect as standard with a professional law firm.
