My Client, a US Headquartered Law firm with offices all over the world are looking to add an experienced real estate finance lawyer to their busy team in London.

They are looking to add someone upwards of 6 PQE to lead real estate finance transactions on behalf of their clients.

The REF practice sits within the wider banking & finance team, clients include national/international developers, funds, banks, alternative lenders, issuers and arrangers. The team handles both investment and development financing across a number of sectors including retail, hotels, healthcare, student accommodation, logistics, leisure and industrials.

Candidates qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa etc) are encouraged to get in touch. They will consider general banking & finance lawyers who have had experience leading real estate finance deals.
