Public M&A Lawyer – 3-7 PQE

Abu Dhabi – £130,000

Douglas Scott are currently working with one of the leading M&A teams in London. They are looking for someone with upwards of 3PQE to join their wider corporate team to focus on Public M&A work.

In this role you will be working on public takeovers, M&A deals for listed companies and listed company advisory work for clients who operate in a broad range of sectors such as energy/infrastructure, financial services, retail & consumer, healthcare and many more.

Ideally you will have UK experience but my client are willing to consider candidates from Australia, New Zealand or South Africa if they have strong public M&A experience.
