A Public Law or Human Rights Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award winning, international law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Public Law or Human Rights Solicitor to join their Chambers ranked team. The team is nationally recognised for holding public bodies to account, challenging injustices, and fighting for the rights of vulnerable individuals and communities.

As a Civil Liberties Lawyer you will focus on cases involving actions against the police, local authorities and also inquest work. You will run your own caseload and will be responsible for supervising junior colleagues. You will be commercially aware with an interest in business development and engaging with the media with the support of a press team.
