Typical duties:
- Managing your own plot sale matters and files from reservation to completion, including preparation of contract packs, completion statements, remittance advice, invoices, and engrossing deeds.
- Typing correspondence and documentation throughout.
- Ensuring deposits and completion monies are remitted to clients correctly and timely.
- Attending meetings with clients as necessary and updating clients on active matters via their preferred method of communication.
- Maintaining effective communication with colleagues across the firm.
- Managing files diligently and reviewing each regularly.
You can have a background in traditional residential conveyancing but should be motivated by plot sales. Applications from relocators will be considered; however, you should demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Devon region, an area of natural beauty.
