Job Role
A respected legal firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join their General Personal Injury Litigation (GPIL) team in Kirkcaldy on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will work closely with individuals affected by incidents such as road traffic accidents, motorcycle accidents, workplace injuries, fatal accidents, and occupiers’ liability claims. The position involves not only progressing cases to secure fair compensation but also providing emotional support and guidance to clients during a particularly difficult time in their lives. You’ll be part of a close-knit team handling meaningful and impactful work across a varied caseload.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in personal injury or civil litigation, or a background in commercial litigation with a strong desire to transition into an area of law that directly helps individuals.
