An Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is a Top 50, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their award winning team.
You will handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims, including but not limited to:
• Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)
• HAVS/WRULD
• Asbestos-related illnesses
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases from inception to settlement, providing expert legal advice, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
Application are invited from Solicitors or Fee Earner with a solid track record handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims. We are happy to consider both Defendant and Claimant candidates.
