My client are a leading commercial law firm who are currently seeking a talented Housing Management Solicitor to join their growing team in Bristol. With award-winning services and recognition across legal directories, this firm is known for delivering exceptional results for clients ranging from top-tier registered providers to local authorities, universities and private landlords., The Housing Management team has seen significant growth over recent years, becoming one of the largest practices in the UK. The successful candidate will provide advice on a wide range of housing management matters, including possession claims, injunctions, anti-social behaviour litigation, Equality Act cases, and service charge disputes.

Prior experience in working with social landlords is essential.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication abilities and confidence in client interactions.
