A Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is a national, award winning private practice with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Tier 1 ranked Housing Management team.
Led by a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Partner, the team has a strong reputation within the Housing sector and has enjoyed significant success at trial defending claims on behalf of Social Landlords. The main focus of this role will be defending litigated housing conditions claims as well as supervising the Junior Solicitors and Paralegals within the team. You will be well versed with drafting Defences and witness statements and preparing cases for trial.
