A Healthcare Regulatory/Advisory Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a leading Top 50 law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Healthcare Solicitor to join their well-respected Regulatory/Advisory team.

The Regulatory Department offers a broad range of expert advice to health and social care clients across a wide range of issues, including:

  • Inquests
  • Litigation: including Court of Protection, judicial review and mental health tribunal matters
  • Mental Health and Mental Capacity law, to include Deprivation of Liberty
  • Public law, advising commissioning and service provider organisations on governance, powers and responsibilities, as well as funding and treatment decision making.
  • Governance and patient safety investigations
  • CQC and related health care regulation
  • Confidentiality
  • Information law (DPA/FOIA)
