This is an exceptional opportunity unlike anything else on the market. If you are an ambitious employment solicitor who enjoys the advisory element of employment law, builds strong relationships with clients, and is looking to ‘captain your own ship’ within an organization with significant resources and plans to double turnover in the next 3 years, then this is for you.

At present, the firm has a strong reputation across multiple practice areas and a national presence in employment law, servicing both SME and major international corporate clients. As part of their strategic plans for 2025, they now want to offer someone the opportunity to lead and develop the new advisory department—building on the contentious work they already offer to clients while being responsible for marketing, mentoring, and developing expertise in non-contentious employment law.

You will be rewarded with a package that approaches six figures and the chance to fast-track into Partnership—at that stage, things get very interesting with one of the best salaried partner packages in the North West worth close to £150k.

This appointment is about the right person: ambitious, empathetic, and a little adventurous. It is not about ‘who has the biggest following’—you might not be able to port any of your clients across. Feel free to speak to me in the first instance, as I’m sure you’ll have plenty of questions.
