A Top Tier, Leading Defendant Law firm with a strong reputation in healthcare is seeking a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing and successful team.

As one of only ten firms acting for NHS Resolution, the team works on high-profile and meaningful claims involving NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and insurers.

This role involves managing a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters, your case-load will be tailored depending on your PQE and experience level however full support is provided to all. You will be advising on claims involving NHS bodies, private providers, and insurers.
