The Corporate & Commercial team has been earmarked for expansion, starting with the hire of a Partner to lead the team.

• Commercial Contracts

• Shareholder Agreements

• Joint Ventures

• Restructurings

• Investment & LLP Agreements

• Partnerships

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record across these areas, a small but sustainable client following to support their practice, a "can-do" attitude, and entrepreneurial drive. This opportunity is open to both seasoned partners and senior associates looking to step into partnership.

The firm also has capacity for 2-4 solicitors with complementary expertise to join the team.
