Corporate Associate
High Wycombe – £65,000 – £85,000
I’m working on a standout opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with 3–8 PQE, ideally someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys high-quality, cross-border work (around 1/3 of the M&A workload has an international angle) for one of our Legal 500 clients based in Buckinghamshire.
The role suits someone with strong general corporate experience, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to juggle multiple complex matters, often with tight timelines. There’s a mix of running your own matters and supporting a senior partner on key deals, so adaptability and high attention to detail are essential.
There’s also a focus on commerciality, business development, and contributing to firm growth, this isn\’t just a back-office technical role. You’ll need to be someone who enjoys getting involved with clients, building lasting relationships, and spotting opportunities for future work. The firm also offer hybrid working, with their in office days being Tuesdays.
If you’re considering your next move or open to a confidential conversation, drop me a message, I’d be happy to talk you through it.
