Full Description: I am working on behalf of a respected law firm with a reputation for quality service and excellent internal systems. They are looking for a capable Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join them on a locum basis for a defined holiday cover period in January 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload involving lease disputes, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent arrears, and other landlord/tenant litigation.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to a commercial client base.
  • Maintain file standards and service levels throughout the cover period.
  • Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial property litigation.
  • Able to work remotely and independently.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and available to start immediately or at short notice.
