Clinical Negligence Associate

Manchester – £47,000 – £55,000

Douglas Scott are currently working with a highly regarded, Legal 500 law firm who are seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their busy team in Manchester. This is an opportunity to join a long-established law firm with a genuine passion for achieving the best possible outcome for their clients.

As a Clinical Negligence Associate, you will be managing a varied caseload of complex Clinical Negligence matters from inception to completion to include misdiagnosis, surgical errors, prescriptions errors and birth injuries. There will also be opportunities to work alongside a more senior lawyer on catastrophic Clinical Negligence matters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years\’ PQE and strong experience of handling a Clinical Negligence caseload from inception to completion.
