Represent parents, guardians, and local authorities in care proceedings

Handle complex public law children matters, including care and supervision orders

Work closely with social services, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders

Prepare case strategies, draft legal documents, and attend court hearings

Advocate for clients in family courts and ensure their rights are protected

Qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ experience in child care law
-
Experience in Legal Aid-funded cases

Children Law Accreditation (preferred or willing to obtain)

Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to manage a diverse caseload with empathy and professionalism
