This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a firm with a good reputation locally. You will have upwards of 5 years PQE and will have the chance to mentor and supervise junior members of the team.

The team are expanding through growth and on the back of the high quality service levels. You will be working alongside professional and motivated partners and senior associates who drive the levels of standards of excellence in the team.

It’s a mix of work coming in including high value transactions and clients who have their own portfolio of properties. There are clear career paths available. With upwards of 2 years PQE you will be keen to accept your next challenge and pick up good habits.

You can expect to manage your own caseload involving sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy. You will have support from conveyancing assistants.
