My client is a respected and forward-thinking law firm that’s looking to expand its Real Estate team with the addition of an ambitious NQ Commercial Property Solicitor. The Role:
- You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced commercial property team, supporting a varied caseload of real estate matters including:
- Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance and development projects
- Title due diligence and property searches
- Drafting and negotiating key documentation
You’ll be supported and mentored as you continue to build technical and client-handling skills post-qualification.
