The team represents claimants and their families following on from poor medical treatment, files are often high value and complex.
Within this role you will be:
- Handling a wide range of your own clinical negligence files; with appropriate supervision
- Having a good understanding and knowledge of CPR and the law relating to clinical negligence
- Providing advice to clients on sensitive matters
- Drafting witness statements and pleadings
- Reviewing medical reports
