Banking & Finance Associate – 4-8 PQE
Greater London – £140,000 – £155,000
My client are leading multinational law firm, who are looking to add a banking & finance lawyer to their busy team in London. They are ideally looking for a candidate at the 4-8 PQE mark with experience working for a city, national or international law firm. Candidates outside this PQE range are encouraged to apply too.
The banking & finance team advise on a broad range of transactions including general corporate lending, leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance. You will be working on range of lender and borrower mandates on behalf of international banks, investment funds, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers. Due to the firm’s vast international office network you will also have the opportunity to be involved with both domestic and international transactions.
Not only should you have strong drafting skills, you should also have a passion for business development and being able to manage client relationships.
