The opportunity:

The firm are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join the Civil Litigation team at the firm's Worcester office.

The work:

You will manage a varied caseload of Property Litigation matters, providing high-quality advice and representation while delivering an excellent client experience. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
  • Boundary and land ownership disputes
  • Trespass and nuisance
  • Building contracts and negligence
  • Party wall disputes
  • Environmental matters
  • Civil court proceedings
  • Lands Tribunal matters

You will take responsibility for managing your caseload effectively, maintaining excellent standards of client care and ensuring that your work is delivered in accordance with current legal and regulatory requirements.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Managing capacity and working towards monthly targets
  • Working effectively within the firm's case management system
  • Keeping up to date with changes in legislation, law and regulation
  • Ensuring work is carried out in line with current best practice and legal requirements
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client records and documentation
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team

You’ll be a qualified solicitor with experience handling a broad range of Property Litigation matters. We’re looking for someone who combines technical ability with excellent client skills. You’ll need to be confident communicating with clients and colleagues, comfortable negotiating and able to manage your own caseload effectively.
