Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant , Swindon

My client is a well known regional practice who have an opportunity for someone who wishes to progress within Conveyancing.

The firm are long established in the area and have won many awards and have a great record with regards to staff retention rates.

They have worked hard to create a superb internal culture based and benefits wise they are second to none, very competitive salaries, a fantastic benefits package and clear career paths designed to reward people who achieve.

You'll be joining a settled conveyancing team that handles all types of matters, including high value properties and complex / technical queries.

The team have a lot of excellent relationships in place with local estate agents and referrers.

All the typical legal assistant duties here, opening new files, ordering searches and land registry documents, preparing files for billing, taking calls, organising post and emails and face to face client service.

You should have a calm manner, able to communicate clearly with team members and clients and be able to build relationships.

You should have some previous tangible experience within a conveyancing team.
