A well-established and highly regarded multi-service law firm in Skipton is looking to recruit a Private Client Legal Assistant to join its successful and friendly Wills & Probate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in private client law who is looking to develop their career within a supportive firm that values its people and provides high-quality legal services to its clients.

You will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Private Client team, assisting with a varied caseload and ensuring the smooth running of matters from instruction through to completion.

Your work will include supporting solicitors with

  • Wills
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • General private client files and client care

This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of private client work within a collaborative and experienced team.

Applications are welcomed from Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and Paralegals who have a minimum of 6 months' experience in private client law.
