The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
- Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you’ll enjoy a non-volume, client-focused workload, enabling you to deliver the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to the team’s continued success.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
