Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation in Nottingham

Our client is a highly regarded national law firm with a specialist focus on business law, agriculture, food and farming, advising an impressive client base that includes businesses of all sizes, property developers and housebuilders, farmers, landowners, landed estates, entrepreneurs and private individuals.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Legal Secretary – Litigation to join the firm's Nottingham office and become an integral part of its Commercial Litigation team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a specialist and well-established team within a growing national law firm.

You will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Litigation team, helping ensure the smooth running of the department and supporting fee earners in delivering an excellent service to clients.

The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers and gain further exposure to commercial litigation, while developing your knowledge and experience within a highly regarded legal environment.

You will become a valued member of the wider team, working collaboratively with colleagues and playing an important role in supporting the department's continued growth.

• Previous experience working within a legal environment
• Legal secretarial or team support experience
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional and client-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Previous litigation experience would be advantageous, although candidates with strong legal secretarial experience from another practice area are encouraged to apply.
