Residential Property Paralegal

The Role
An established law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join its property team.
The successful candidate will support a range of residential property matters, working closely with fee earners and assisting throughout the transaction process from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Managing day-to-day client communication and liaising with brokers, developers and other parties
- Assisting with client onboarding, ID verification, AML and source of funds checks
- Preparing completion statements and transaction documentation
- Carrying out property searches and assisting with Land Registry requirements
- Preparing SDLT forms and other relevant documentation
- Supporting exchange and completion processes
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring matters progress efficiently
- Providing general support to fee earners and the wider property team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' experience in residential property
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar property support role
- Experience supporting fee earners and managing a busy workload
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communication and client-handling abilities
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively to deadlines
- A professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
- Experience with case management systems is desirable
