Finance Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a diligent, confident, and self-motivated solicitor seeking high-quality litigation work, direct exposure to a varied client base, and genuine long-term career progression.

The successful candidate will join a rapidly growing Finance Litigation Department, acting for a diverse range of clients including individuals, companies, and private lenders.

The team handles a significant volume of challenging and complex matters, offering the opportunity to develop expertise while working alongside experienced practitioners.

Client care is a key focus for the firm, and they are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.

You will work closely with the Partner whilst also managing your own caseload, making the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters essential.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of finance litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, and instructions to Counsel.
  • Provide commercially focused legal advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Support the Partner on complex and high-value litigation matters.
  • Work effectively within the firm's procedures and SRA regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding client care and service at all times.

Essential Skills

  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Extensive general litigation experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage strict deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing your own caseload.
