A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Real Estate Finance team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ looking to build specialist expertise within a supportive and growing practice. Requirements
- Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly.
- Previous seat experience in real estate finance, banking, real estate, or a closely related practice area would be advantageous.
- Strong interest in developing a career within real estate finance.
- Good understanding of finance transactions, including security documentation, mortgages, and completion processes.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or due to qualify).
- Completion of the LPC/SQE pathway or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant training contract experience gained within a commercial law firm or in-house legal team.
