Real Estate Partner to lead and grow its private wealth real estate practice.

This is a strategic appointment for a senior lawyer with a strong London reputation, an established client following and a track record advising

HNW and UHNW clients on complex property matters.

The successful candidate will shape the firm's real estate strategy, drive growth and work closely with Private Client, Corporate, Family and Media & Entertainment teams.

Equity Partner or Senior Salaried Partner with

  • A strong reputation in prime residential property.
  • An established HNW/UHNW client following.
  • A demonstrable history of originating work.
  • Strong relationships across private wealth and property markets.
  • Experience advising families, family offices, private investors, trustees and international clients.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Core Expertise

The practice will be predominantly focused on prime residential and private wealth real estate

, including

  • Prime Central London property.
  • Country estates and high-value rural property.
  • Complex freehold and leasehold matters.
  • Property finance and refinancing.
  • Property portfolio structuring.
  • Trusts, family investment companies and cross-border ownership.
  • Investment and mixed-use property.

Indicative practice mix: 80–90% residential/private wealth real estate; 10–20% commercial and investment property.

Business Development

Strong existing relationships with private banks, family offices, wealth managers, tax advisers, trustees, property advisers and luxury estate agencies will be highly valued.

Networks within the entertainment, media, music and sports sectors would also be attractive.
