The Role
This leadership role involves handling complex, high-value Court of Protection cases (property and affairs). You'll collaborate with other departments, such as Personal Injury Litigation, to deliver outstanding client service while supporting practice growth.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years' PQE in Court of Protection.
- Team leadership and business development experience.
- Knowledge of litigation and mental capacity work.
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and collaborative.
