This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced qualified Residential Conveyancer to take ownership of their own caseload, develop their client relationships and play an important role within a successful team.

• Full-time hours

Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.15pm .

Your caseload will cover

  • Residential sales and purchases.
  • Remortgages and equity release transactions.
  • Freehold and leasehold properties, including title checks.
  • Transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
  • Shared ownership leases.
  • Variation of leases.
  • New build purchases.
  • Help to Buy matters and other residential property transactions.

You will ideally have

2+ years' PQE , although relevant experience will be considered.

  • Qualification as a

Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC practitioner .

  • Considerable experience handling residential property transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages.
  • Experience managing a caseload independently from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
  • Good knowledge of the East Midlands property market .
  • Strong organisational, communication and client-care skills.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to hit the ground running.
