This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced qualified Residential Conveyancer to take ownership of their own caseload, develop their client relationships and play an important role within a successful team.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.15pm .
Your caseload will cover
- Residential sales and purchases.
- Remortgages and equity release transactions.
- Freehold and leasehold properties, including title checks.
- Transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
- Shared ownership leases.
- Variation of leases.
- New build purchases.
- Help to Buy matters and other residential property transactions.
You will ideally have
2+ years' PQE , although relevant experience will be considered.
- Qualification as a
Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC practitioner .
- Considerable experience handling residential property transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages.
- Experience managing a caseload independently from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
- Good knowledge of the East Midlands property market .
- Strong organisational, communication and client-care skills.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to hit the ground running.
