One of the region's most well regarded law firms is looking to expand their commercial property team and as such are looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor for a full time permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and progressive practice with a strong reputation across Yorkshire and beyond.

You will be joining an established and supportive Commercial Property team handling a broad and stimulating caseload, offering real variety and early responsibility across:

  • Advising on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties
  • Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
  • Assisting with property development projects
  • Handling agricultural property matters
  • Supporting clients with property portfolio management
  • Advising on secured lending transactions

You’ll work with a wide range of clients, from local businesses and landowners to national organisations, and enjoy the opportunity to build strong, long-term client relationships.
