Commercial Property Solicitor – 3–4+ PQE

A well-established Legal 500 law firm in London is looking to recruit a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–4+ years' PQE to join its growing Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking for a varied role within a supportive and collaborative environment, with the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers.
You will manage your own caseload whilst also supporting senior members of the team on a broad range of commercial property matters.
The role will provide exposure to a varied client base, including businesses, developers, investors, lenders and individuals. There is also the opportunity to work on healthcare property matters, acting for clients including dentists, GPs, pharmacies and other healthcare providers.
Your experience is likely to include:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences
- Property elements of corporate transactions
- Development and investment work
- Secured lending and refinancing
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 3–4+ years' PQE in commercial property
- Strong experience across a range of commercial property transactions
- The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Solid landlord and tenant experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- The ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
- A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach
Experience in residential property, property finance, development or investment would be advantageous.
Experience acting for healthcare professionals and practices would also be highly desirable, particularly across dental, GP, pharmacy and medical premises transactions, although this is not essential.
