Senior Conveyancer

A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join its established Residential Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing professional looking to join a supportive and progressive firm with a strong reputation within the North West market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, whilst delivering exceptional levels of client service.

The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Assisting with the development of junior team members where appropriate

Requirements

  • Experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor
  • Ability to manage a residential property caseload independently
  • Strong technical and client care skills
  • Commercially aware and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
