What you'll actually do
- Run your ownserious injurycaseload(typically8-12 files) so you stay in control of your work
- Lead on complex, high-value claims, not justassistin the background
- Work closely on catastrophic injury cases, contributing meaningfully alongside Partners and Senior Associates
- Hell develop and manage a small group of Trainees and Paralegals
- Build long-term client relationships, with the time to focus on outcomes

The package
- £60,000 salary (DOE)
