The Role

  • Caseload Management: Running a full caseload of defendant healthcare and EL/PL litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
  • High-Value Litigation: Handling complex, high-value claims requiring technical precision and strategic dispute resolution skills.
  • Client Relationship Management: Acting as a primary contact for key clients, building long-term relationships, and participating in business development initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Working alongside top-tier partners and fee earners recognised for innovation and market-leading solutions.
