My client is looking to find a Credit Hire / RTA Litigation Supervisor. You will lead a small team of junior fee earners while keeping your own litigation skills sharp with a reduced, high-quality caseload.
Team Supervision & Guidance
- Mentorship: Supervise and support a small, close-knit team of junior fee earners handling OIC, MOJ, Small Claims, and Fast Track Credit Hire/RTA claims.
- Oversight: Ensure the team's caseload runs smoothly, providing technical guidance, file reviews, and strategic support.
- Up-skilling: Help junior colleagues build their litigation confidence and resolve technical queries.
Case Management
- Your Caseload: Retain a smaller, manageable caseload of fast-track litigated files to maintain your own technical edge in the market.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a technically sound litigator with a natural ability to coach others and a drive to progress.
- Experience: Proven track record of independently managing your own Credit Hire/RTA litigated caseload.
- Background: Applications are warmly welcomed from both Claimant and Defendant backgrounds.
