My client is a well-established national firm, who are looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded department managing substantial client funds and supporting individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages awards.

The Role

  • Manage Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters
  • Work closely with senior colleagues and Heads of Department
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Keep up to date with COP and PI Trust developments
