You won't be assisting in the background. You'll run £500k+ clinical negligence claims involving birth injuries, cerebral palsy, brain damage and spinal injury matters, these are cases that genuinely shape your client's future. Recent work has included a seven-figure birth injury settlement with lifelong care and accommodation elements, as well as a delayed diagnosis brain injury claim requiring multiple medical experts and detailed liability strategy. This is heavyweight, medically complex litigation where your judgement and negotiation skills really matter.
