My client is a highly regarded firm that is expanding its Clinical Negligence team due to increased instructions from NHSR. The role offers the chance to be part of a team that handles complex, high‑profile matters with significant impact across the healthcare sector.
The Role:
This position is suited to an Associate solicitor (NQ - 5 years PQE) looking to take the next step in their career, offering increased autonomy and responsibility while continuing to work on high-quality, complex matters.
You will:
- Manage your own clinical negligence caseload
- Assist on and take responsibility for high-value, multi-million-pound cases
- Advise on and assist with regulatory matters
- Represent clients at inquests, regulatory hearings, and judicial reviews
- Work closely with senior colleagues on complex and strategic issues

- £60,000 DOE + bonus
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH (Court attendance counts as an office day)
