Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you willManage a varied caseload, including;
- Property litigation, including residential and commercial possession and dilapidation claims
- Debt recovery and insolvency proceedings
- Employment matters, including Tribunal claims, settlement agreements and advisory work
- Professional negligence disputes
- Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims
- Contentious probate, including Will validity challenges and Inheritance Act 1975 claims
- Neighbour and boundary disputes
- Contractual and commercial disputes
What my client is looking for:
- Strong expertise in at least one of the listed areas, with a willingness to develop in others
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
- A proactive and commercially aware mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 PQE
