I am absolutely thrilled to be working with one of the most respected and progressive law firms in North Yorkshire. Due to expansion, the firm is looking to recruit a residential conveyancer for a permanent opportunity joining their very successful property team.
The firm handles very high quality work and their client base is exceptional. You will manage a non volume case load of residential property matters across sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build etc.
The firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment, beautiful offices, a central location close to major transport links, hybrid working, flexibility, full & part time hours, progression and an above market salary package.
To be considered for the role, you will be an experienced residential conveyancer (either qualified solicitor, lawyer, fee earner or CLC) with at least 2 years fee earning experience within conveyancing.
