A well-respected law firm is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Wills & Probate Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Role:
- Working on a broad range of private client matters, supporting clients with clear and practical legal advice.
- Drafting bespoke, tax-efficient Wills tailored to individual circumstances.
- Providing strategic advice on inheritance tax planning and asset preservation.
- Advising on the establishment and use of lifetime trusts, particularly for care fee planning.
- Administering estates, including those involving complex or taxable assets.
- Managing the administration of trusts and ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients and their families.
- Making applications to the Court of Protection and advising on deputyship and related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor with experience handling a complex caseload.
- A solid foundation in private client law, particularly Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax Planning.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner when dealing with clients.
