A well-respected law firm is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Wills & Probate Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Role:

  • Working on a broad range of private client matters, supporting clients with clear and practical legal advice.
  • Drafting bespoke, tax-efficient Wills tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Providing strategic advice on inheritance tax planning and asset preservation.
  • Advising on the establishment and use of lifetime trusts, particularly for care fee planning.
  • Administering estates, including those involving complex or taxable assets.
  • Managing the administration of trusts and ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients and their families.
  • Making applications to the Court of Protection and advising on deputyship and related matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Solicitor with experience handling a complex caseload.
  • A solid foundation in private client law, particularly Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax Planning.
