Our client, a well-established Central London firm, is looking for a talented individual to lead their Wills and Probate team and contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional legal services.
The Role
In this position, you will manage a diverse caseload of wills and probate matters, working with a dedicated team to ensure clients receive tailored, high-quality advice and support. You will also play a key role in promoting the firm’s services and fostering new business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters.
- Conducting thorough legal research and drafting accurate, high-standard legal documents.
- Providing sound advice to clients and delivering exceptional client care.
- Collaborating with team members and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
- Proactively marketing the firm’s services, including attending networking events and industry gatherings.
- Building relationships with individuals, families, charities, and referral sources to drive business growth.
- Preparing engaging presentations and contributing to marketing materials, including website content and social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2–3 years post-qualifying experience in Wills and Probate.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.
