The Role

In this position, you will manage a diverse caseload of wills and probate matters, working with a dedicated team to ensure clients receive tailored, high-quality advice and support. You will also play a key role in promoting the firm’s services and fostering new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling a varied caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters.
  2. Conducting thorough legal research and drafting accurate, high-standard legal documents.
  3. Providing sound advice to clients and delivering exceptional client care.
  4. Collaborating with team members and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
  5. Proactively marketing the firm’s services, including attending networking events and industry gatherings.
  6. Building relationships with individuals, families, charities, and referral sources to drive business growth.
  7. Preparing engaging presentations and contributing to marketing materials, including website content and social media campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2–3 years post-qualifying experience in Wills and Probate.
  2. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules.
  3. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.
