My client is a regional, legal 500 law firm, seeking an experienced Company Commercial Lawyer to join their vibrant and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across the full spectrum of company and commercial matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and transactional documentation.
- Advise on M&A, reorganisations, partnerships, investments and succession planning.
- Work directly with a broad range of clients in multiple sectors.
- Maintain accurate, high-quality written work with strong attention to detail.
- Meet agreed billing targets and manage time efficiently.
- Foster strong, trusted client relationships and provide a high standard of client care.
