Job Description

After a busy H1, we're looking for more exceptional talent to join our fantastic team this Q3. Based in our stunning office in the vibrant Spinningfields area, we’re offering a dynamic, fun, and supportive work environment – complete with its own on-site gym free to all our team to use! We offer a brilliant work/life balance with hybrid and flexible working across the week, a 4.5 day week (but paid for 5!), Birthday Day off, Service and Xmas holidays as well as gifting out dozy days every month giving you up to 55 day holiday package every year. We have a dog-friendly office and a 24/7 BUPA Employee Assistance programme for all our employees. AND…we’ve launched a DS Dubai office which will include opportunities to take advantage of secondments out in the Middle East. What You’ll Be Doing? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given training from Day 1 through our bespoke training programme equipping you with the skills and resources needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. We aim for our Trainees to be ready to go onto a 360 desk within 3 months and we will invest in your success to become a top-performing consultant. You will have the opportunity to:
