Our client, a market-leading Patent and Trademark Attorney firm with offices in London and across Europe, is seeking technically skilled Trademark Attorneys with 1-8 years’ PQE for their London office. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a true IP giant and work with some of the most exciting clients and innovators in the world. This role is open to BOTH solicitors and Chartered Trademark Attorney’s. The firm’s impressive client roster includes start-ups, spin-outs, growing businesses, and prestigious academic institutions, as well as international corporations. The team is regularly instructed by clients from the US, Japan, China, and Scandinavia.The trademark team is renowned for handling complex trademark matters, including the registration of shape marks and challenging marks requiring evidence of acquired distinctiveness. With a strong focus on dispute resolution, opposition, and enforcement, the team also offers specialist services such as online brand protection, domain name disputes, anti-phishing measures, and design protection across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
