Are you an experienced Legal PA or Secretary with a background in Private Client law? I am working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a professional, organised and detail-focused Legal PA to join their supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support
- Managing diaries and assisting with client matters
- Typing (digital audio & copy) to a high standard
- Preparing legal forms and documents (e.g. IHT400s, LPAs)
- Reception duties when required, greeting clients and visitors
- Previous experience as a Secretary / PA in Private Client legal (Essential)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication
- Professional, client-focused manner with a team-player attitude
- Own transport (due to office location)
- Salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
