- Negotiating and structuring commercial agreements.
- Acting as a key contact for clients across both public and private sectors.
The work spans areas such as renewables, heat networks, EV infrastructure, waste projects, hydrogen, carbon capture and net zero initiatives.
5+ PQE Solicitor with experience in commercial, projects or construction law.
- Private practice or In-House experience.
- Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
- Confidence managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers.
